Soooo Many Downtown Projects in the Planning
Lots of excitement around TYCO as we review and consult on potential projects for Downtown Fresno.
Both new construction and re-purposedĀ buildings are being talked about by various developers both local and out of the area as everyone investigates using Federal and/or State funds in Public/Private partnerships to make projects possible.
We will attach as many proposed project renderings as we’re able and update often, so please (follow) check back.

Very cool. It’s good that things are moving downtown. One practical issue, I don’t think we get enough sustained wind in Fresno to make wind turbines viable.
Looks like some cool stuff from the untrained eye! It will be much cooler when more details are available to be released. I am rooting for you guys to find investors for more downtown projects!
Where on Fulton is that mixed-use project taking place?
